Saint Mary School

As the school year progresses, we are starting to have more student/classroom activities. Our classes are now in need of Room Parents. Room parents work closely with teachers and help them coordinate and run classroom activities such as classroom parties, school-wide events, and individual classroom events.  Numerous studies have shown that parent involvement is one of the greatest indicators for a child's success in school and life. Parent volunteers not only help teachers and students but also help strengthen community and communication between home and school. Parent volunteers have always been a great asset to our school and a huge factor in our continued success.  We invite parents who are interested to join the Room Parent Group today! As a reminder, all Room Parents need to be Virtus trained and fingerprinted through the Archdiocese as events take place during school hours. If you are interested in becoming a Room Parent but haven't completed the training and/or fingerprinting, we can walk you through the process.
