We are excited to announce that preparations are underway for our annual St. Mary School Autumn Festival, taking place on Sunday, October 13, 2024. To ensure the success of this important event, we kindly request the active participation of school parents/guardians.
Here are the volunteer opportunities:
Setup:
Saturday, October 12: 10 AM - 1 PM
Volunteer Shifts (Sunday, October 13):
6:30 AM - 9:30 AM
9:30 AM - 12:30 PM
12:30 PM - 3:30 PM
3:30 PM - 6:30 PM
Tear Down:
Sunday, October 13: 6:30 PM onwards
Please note that there are limited spots available for the setup and tear-down shifts, so sign up as soon as possible. We will also need parent volunteers to help with our many food booths and activities throughout the day.
As part of each family's contract with the school, each family is required to volunteer a minimum of 5 hours and make a $30 donation for the festival. Donations are due by Wednesday, October 11th. Any service hour not completed will be charged at the rate of $20 per hour.

Additionally, if your family would like to donate water, soda, canopies, grills, or propane tanks, condiments, baked goods drinks, variety box of chips, nacho cheese, hot Cheetos we would greatly appreciate it. Donations can be dropped off at the school office anytime before the festival, and service hours will be given for these contributions.
